Who we are

UAE Tourist Visas (uaetouristvisas.com) is a private visa assistance service. We are not a government website and we are not part of GDRFA or ICP. Visa applications we assist with are processed through a licensed UAE fulfillment partner.

What we collect

• Application data: full name as in passport, date of birth, nationality, passport number and expiry, passport scan, passport-size photo.
• Contact data: email address and WhatsApp/phone number.
• Technical data: privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics (Cloudflare Analytics). We do not run advertising trackers.

Why we collect it

Solely to prepare and submit your UAE visa application, to communicate about its status, and to meet legal record-keeping obligations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

• Our licensed UAE processing partner, for submission to immigration authorities.
• UAE immigration authorities (GDRFA / ICP), as required to issue the visa.
• No one else, unless required by law.

Retention and deletion

Passport scans and photos are retained only as long as needed to complete processing and handle follow-ups, then deleted — typically within 90 days of the visa decision, unless a longer period is required by UAE law. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see below).

Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion by emailing support@uaetouristvisas.com. We respond within 30 days.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on access-controlled infrastructure. Only staff working on your application can access it.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
